Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
  • Fresher, 0-2 years  (BE/BTech)
  • Good knowledge of computer (typing speed 20 words per minute, accuracy at least 85%)
  • Flexible to work in Night shifts
  • Good communication skills in English (both verbal and written)
  • Technically sound
  • Respond To Customer Queries Over Chat and Email
  • Pitch customers to upgrade to our paid plans
  • Followup with the customers via emails/calls to upgrade
  • Deliver high quality and timely resolutions to problems. 
  • Call customers upon request
  • Demonstrate the product via screen sharing
  • Escalate any technical and billing issues to the concerned departments
Salary Range: 2 LPA - 2.5 LPA
