Job Description

Responsibilities and Duties:
  • Communicate with the client to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives

  • Coordinate with interdepartmental colleagues on project-related issues

  • Daily phone based coordination with clients for implementing the project

  • Ensure client satisfaction and resolve client queries and issues

  • Responsible for delivery of projects and services to clients within expected time and budget with quality

  • Provide adequate and timely response to the client's inquiries and communication

Qualification:Any graduation

Skills:Good communication skills in English and Hindi

Experience:Should have 2 years experience

Location:Hyderabad

Languages:English, Hindi, Telugu
