• We are looking for a Female Customer Support Executives with good communication skills and a great work ethic to join our company. 
• The primary role of the applicant will be to assist the customer and respond efficiently based on customer requirements and to maintain high customer satisfaction. 
• The person in this role must also be a keen note-taker who is adaptable and optimistic.

Responsibilities

• Manage calls in a timely manner for various reasons like answer inquiries, resolve complaints, requests and provide information.
• Identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
• Primary focus is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Keep records of all conversations in database in a comprehensible way.

Eligibility Criteria

• Applicant Should be fluent in English, Telugu & Hindi (Mandatory)
• PUC or Any Graduation
• Relevant experience in customer service would be an added advantage.
• Very good spoken English & Good Attitude.
• Shift Timings: Day Shift (9:30 AM to 6:00 PM)
