Job Description

  • Managing Inbound and/or outbound calls
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives with-in the time limit and follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
  • No Targets, No Marketing job. But have to work hard to resolve customer queries.
  • Role :Customer Care Executive.
  • Shift :Day shift 
  • Good communication skills in English,Hindi & Telugu.
