  • Job Title: Customer Care Executive
  • Job Location: Tolichowki, Hyderabad.
  • Job Type: Full Time.
  • We are currently Hiring for a Customer Care Executive whose responsibilities include maintaining highly valued customers by utilizing key relationship building skills and effective customer service techniques.
Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Take inbound calls from psychiatric patients.
  • Take escalated calls from the patients who threatens not to be with us anymore.
  • Call the patients who have not been vising the clinic for a period of time.
  • Provide best option to our patients so that they can continue with our services.
Requirements:
  • Should have minimum 2-3 years of Customer service experience.
  • Should have at least 1 year of international call center experience. (US preferred)
  • Should have excellent communication in English. (Both written and verbal)
  • Experience in retention process is preferred.
  • Should be able to work in night shifts.
  • Experience in Retention process is highly desirable.
  • Fixed Shift Timings: 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM (IST Timings)
  • No Cab Facility
