Roles and Responsibilities :

• ·         Communicating with customers through various channels for banking process over the phone
• ·         Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
• ·         Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
• ·         Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
• ·         Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
• ·         Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
• ·         Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
• ·         Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

Eligibility Criteria :

• ·         Willingness to work in a 24/7 environment and 5 Days working with 2 Days rotational OFF
• ·         Only Graduates
• ·         Fresher’s or Experienced can apply
• ·         Age Criteria
• ·         Fresher max 27 years
• ·         Experienced 30 years
• ·         Transportation
• ·         Pick up / Drop basis night shift timings, No cab facility will be provided during day shifts
• Work Location : Hyderabad (Gachibowli)
