Looking for candidates with Graduate/ Post Graduates degree with 0 to 2 years of relevant experience in a similar profile. 

Job description:
-- Handling customer queries via various communications methods such as phone calls, emails, online meetings and resolve their issues
-- Responding promptly to customer inquiries and ensure customer satisfaction
-- Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times

 
Candidate profile:
-Candidate MUST have proficient verbal & written English skills.
-Good customer handling and detail-oriented skills and should be a self-starter.
-Strong computer operating skills including Microsoft Office products such as MS Word, Excel is a must.
-Should have great interpersonal skills and must be committed to work    
-Should work in night shift
  Starting salary will be Rs 12,000 - 14,000/month  
Prior Customer service or Data entry experience will be a plus. This will be a Nightshift.
