Job Description: Customer Support Executive
Our ideal candidate shall have excellent customer service skills and be passionate about helping customers. Candidates need to understand customer expectations clearly using effective probing techniques and resolve the issues accordingly. Using their knowledge of products or services as well as great customer service skills, these professionals address issues, provide support and offer information, as needed, to keep customers satisfied.
Job Responsibilities:
· Basic Telephone Etiquette and basic computer skills
· Good Communication skills in English and Hindi
· Responsible to provide excellent customer service, solving questions and complaints related to customer queries
· Responsible for handling calls from new and existing customers regarding a variety of requests
· Should be able to handle inbound calls resolving customer queries
- Ability to write, read and speak English to suit business needs
- Willing to work flexible Shifts (24/7)
Preferred:
- Any Undergraduate can apply
- 6 Day working/Rotational Week off
- Female: Maximum shift till 8 PM
- Male: Maximum shift till 1 AM
- Freshers can apply
Package:
- Fresher: 1.86LPA + Incentive (12,500/- Take home)
- 1 Year experience: 1.99LPA + Incentive (13,500/- Take home)
- 2 Years’ experience: 2.13LPA + incentive (14,500/- Take home)
