Job Description

We are hiring for US/ UK Working Hours/ Shift
Resolve customer queries that a high standard of customer service is maintained.
Handling Inbound & Outbound calls Making follow-up calls and fixing appointments Handling the customer queries.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Freshers & Experience candidate both can apply in customer service.We want a Candidate who have a good command in English. (excellent communication in English)
Basic knowledge of Excel.Flexible to work in challenging work environment.
Result Oriented
Must be comfortable with night shift
Must be comfortable for Calling.
Handling enquiries coordinating/following up accordingly.
Good knowledge of MS-office & basic internet.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

Lead Handling Handle Telephonic Inquiries Must have Good Communication Skills.
Generating sales leads that develop into new customers.Identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
Salary: ₹12,000 to - ₹25,000.00 /month
Working Days- Monday to Friday (Sunday -Saturday off)
Location:- Surat.
