BookMyForex is a fast growing Gurgaon based VC funded FinTech startup that's revolutionizing the 3 trillion USD global market of currency exchange and remittances and growing 300% YoY at the same time. We're looking for a young, inspired and logically astute self starter to come join our inbound / outbound team

What you will do

• Engage with customers through email and calls, who need Forex products. Details of those prospective customers would be provided. One just has to connect & take it ahead.
• Understanding the requirement & acting like a consultant to the customers offering them best recommended services and solutions.
• Assist customers seeking foreign exchange/remittances throughout the transaction in coordination with our Vendors/Branches or partnering banks.
• Customer Relationship Management. Our customers who transact once with BookMyForex just delighted by our services. And if you are with us, your role is to ensure that they are delighted and are happy with the Products provided to them.

Who we’re looking for

• A graduate preferably with 0-4 years of experience.
• Exceptional interpersonal and customer relationship building skills.
• Excellent Written & Verbal Communication Skills.
• Intelligent, articulate, high-energy, and self-motivated.
• Disciplined, enthusiastic, and intent focus on attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast paced organization.
