Customer Support Executive Responsibilities:
1- Managing a team of representatives offering customer support.
2- Overseeing the customer service process.
3- Resolving customer complaints brought to your attention.
4- Creating policies and procedures.
5- Planning the training and standardization of service delivery.
6- Selecting and hiring new staff.
7- Monitoring the work of individual representatives and of the team.
8- Conducting quality assurance surveys with customers and providing feedback to the staff.
9- Possessing excellent product knowledge to enhance customer support.
10- Maintaining a pleasant working environment for your team.
