Job Description

  • Required Tech Sales Associate for Inbound Sales Voice Process in International BPO. Immediate joiners can apply ASAP.
  • No deduction in salary. 6 days work. 24 paid leaves+15 comp off+ paid b'day leave.
Responsibilities:-
  • Customer will call related to computer issues like Pop up calls/Antivirus issues/Error code messages/Email issues etc.
  • Candidates needs to troubleshoot issues and charge an amount to fix up the issues.
Eligibility Criteria:
  • Candidates with min 1 yr experience in inbound tech sales process in any International BPO.
  • Should speak English fluently.
  • HS pass or any graduate.
  • Should be able to join immediately.
  • Flexible to work in any Shift.
  • Candidates must know how to close calls.
  • Perks:Salary is Credited on 1st of the month.
  • Fixed Salary plus incentives.
