Job Summary:

• Designation: Customer Care Executive.
• Industry: International BPO- US/UK Web Services/LOAN Process
• Week offs: Saturday & Sundays fixed off
• We are one of the largest BPO in Gariahat (Kolkata)
• We need candidates with good communication skill in English.
• Experienced candidates can apply for this job.
• Shift: For UK - 12pm to 9pm (Day Shift) & For US 9pm – 6am (Night shift).
• Salary: 10,000/- up to 20,000/- Per Month+ Incentives.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Offering Digital marketing solutions to the Customers.
• Convince the customer to make a premium business on different IT & SEO, Social media & Digital marketing Website E-Commerce App Development
• For Loan process – Help customer with verification and processing of Loan.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications:

• Good Communication skills in English (*Mandatory*).
• Qualification minimum 10th pass.
• Freshers are welcome. Experienced candidates in International BPO are Preferred.
• Basic knowledge on computer.
• Comfortable to work in Day/Night Shift Full Time.
