KGP PV jobs - Customer Support Executive

To coordinate with Custom Clearing Team & yard Operation Team

· To coordinate with Exporter & Importer for procuring documents.

· Prepare reports like MIS for Documentation, Operations & Customer Service

· Day to day office coordination & reporting to the Head of Department

· Experience in Export Invoicing

· Coordination with shipping lines for vessel schedule as per the shipper stuffing plan

· Cargo CBM calculation for all types of container

· Place booking in shipping lines then get the bookings from lines and sent to our transporters

· for pick up the container

· Follow-ups with transporter from pick up the container till it reach to shipper premises

· Get transportation rates as requested by shipper

· Follow-ups with SOC container surveyors

· VGM Filing

· Coordination with Documentation Team for day to day work

· CHA coordination & Container Tracking
