Job Description:
Make outbound calls to consumers.
Achieve both group and personal targets
Advise customers on the product details, handling each call promptly and in a
correct manner
Update records appropriately
Input consumer related data accurately and efficiently
Manage customers who are resistant to contact by remaining polite, tactful,
honest and firm
