Job Description:
The job involves providing help desk support to customers, in a Chat /Non – Voice/Voice process. The executives are involved in resolving customer queries, retaining the customers & resolving non-technical customer queries. The incumbent needs to work towards maximum customer satisfaction.
Skills:
- Excellent communication in English Written & Verbal
- Minimum 0 to 5 years of experience.
- Six days working/ 1 rotational off
- Immediate joining
- Training is paid / mandatory to clear certification post training.
- Minimum qualification is 12th Pass.
