JOB DESCRIPTION:

· Attracts potential customers by answering & suggesting information about our products and services through Mails / Inbound calls

· Proper follow-up with customer through Mails/Calls and escalation need to be done as and when required

· Identifying and assessing customers need to achieve satisfaction

· Should be flexible to handle mails and calls.

· Appropriate and timely follow-ups wherever required

· Managing Emails and resolving customers inquiries

· Maintains customer records by updating account information.

· Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint

· Graduate from any stream (Completed without any backlogs)

· Service Approach (Humility / Humbleness / Soft Spoken)

· Should join immediately

· Good communications skills are written and verbal ( English & Tamil)
