DESIGNATION: Online Customer Support Executive
JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Attracts potential customers by answering &
suggesting information about our products and services through phone calls ,
mail or social media
• Proper follow-up with customer through Mails/Calls and escalation need to be
done as and when required
• Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer
information
• Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint;
determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best
solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following
up to ensure resolution
• Manage large amounts of incoming calls and Generate sales leads
• Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
• Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive
communication
• Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file
documents
• Assist with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges
• Maintain payment information and other pertinent information such as
addresses and phone numbers
• Graduate from any stream (Completed without any backlogs)
• Service Approach (Humility / Humbleness / Soft Spoken)
• Should join immediate
• Good communications skills written and verbal ( English & Tamil)
