Position Summary

Customer care specialists are responsible for handling calls from new and existing customers regarding a variety of requests. These professionals address issues, provide support and offer information, as needed, to keep customers satisfied and retain business.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Handling incoming Calls
• Providing resolution to Customer
• Ensure that the required Service Level Agreements are met.

Education & Experience

• Under graduates/Graduates
• Fresher & 0 To 1 year experience

Desired Skills and Abilities

• ·         Excellent Communication skills.
• ·         Language 1 –Kannada/Malayalam
• ·         Language 2 – English- Ability to Read, Write, Speak to suit Business need.
• ·         Customer Focus and Being Attentive.
• ·         Ability to work under pressure

Standards for measuring success

• ·         Customer Satisfaction
• ·         Meeting required average handle time
• ·         Quality scores.

Transport

• ·         One way Transport – Between 8 PM and 6 AM.

Location and Shift timings

• ·         Mangalore
• ·         24/7 Rotational Shifts.
• ·         Rotational Weekly Off
