Job Description

- To provide e-mail chat support to the client of the company.
- Ensuring customer queries are answered to their satisfaction.
- Handling customer complaints and accordingly forwarding them over to a supervisor.

Requirements1. Minimum Qualification: BA, BBA, BCOM, BBI, BAF, BMS (BSC IT NOT CONSIDER)
2. Diploma and Technical(BE, BTECH),BSC graduates please do not apply. CVs won't be considered
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills is MANDATORY.
4. Basic or good knowledge of MS Office(excel,word and powerpoint)
5. Freshers (2018-20)
6. Comfortable with night shifts (US shift timings)
7. Should have all marksheets until last semester of graduation without any backlog / arrears, aadhar card, pan card.

Salary Offered :
1. Freshers - 15000 CTC per month and Rs 12000 in hand but candidate must be present within 30 kms from Airoli.
2. Out of boundary location do not apply.
3. Proper training will be provided and salary will also be provided during training period.
