Position : Customer Support Executive
Job Description : You will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining positive relationships with our valued customers. The ideal candidate is patient, empathetic, and possesses strong communication skills.
Responsibilities:
Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
Maintain a thorough understanding of company products and services.
Document and track customer interactions and issue resolutions in the company's CRM system.
Generate reports to analyze customer support trends and suggest improvements.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
