We are hiring a customer service representative in India to work from home remotely for our business.

Responsibilities

-Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat

-Resolve customer issues such as explaining how to use our website to make a purchase, reset a password, or use our courses

-Work with American teammates to make minor edits to our website and handle data entry tasks

Requirements

-Must be fluent in written and verbal English with minimal accent

-Must be able to handle complex issues with customers

-Must work American business hours (8 am-6 pm CST Monday-Saturday)

-Stable internet connection with an excellent microphone to speak with customers via phone
