communication skills are like the A, B, and C of customer experience.
Proficiency in English and Hindi is necessary (written and spoken).
Ability to multitask, you will often be
simultaneously be coordinating with various departments and people to resolve a
customer issue. No one likes being kept on hold for long, so efficient
multitasking is an absolute must.
The 2 Ps of customer experience are patience and
people skills. These will go a long way in ensuring your customer’s experience
is great and they come back to you. You must also be able to sweet talk your
way out of sticky situations.
Must be proactive and organized. Dealing with
various customers and a wide range of issues can be overwhelming if you’re not
well organized and prepared. Sticky notes, excel sheets, reminders- make sure
you’ve got all the tools ready at hand.
