Customer Support Executive - Thane.
1. Candidate must be a graduate.2. Should have good command over the English language.
3. Must have knowledge of Computers, MS Word and Excel
4. Must be able to do email drafting and Tele Calling in English, Marathi and Hindi
5. Local candidates preferred. (Experience / Freshers)
6. Having knowledge of websites / Digital Marketing preferred.
- Manage large amounts of incoming calls
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Analyzing customer needs and recommending products based on those needs.
- Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution keep records of customer
- interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Take the extra mile to engage customers
