Customer Relations Officer (Executive / Sr .Executive)
Role
As a Customer Relations Officer you will be responsible to solve queries, complaints of the customers. Help customer to complete the profile ResponsibilitiesFor Customer Relations Officer the candidate will need to:1. Calling out customer and helping them complete their profile2. Help in resolving customer queries3. Interact with customers by phone, e-mail and online chat4. Calling up members and explaining the benefits of Shaadi.com product and services
Requirements
1. Min Qualification - Graduate2. Strong verbal and written communication skills3. Passionate and self driven4. Strong integrity and work ethics5. Well versed with computers6. Prior experience in Customer service or Customer Facing job will be an added advantage7. Flexible with Shifts (for female its Day Shift)
Good to have1. Fluency in Regional language2. Desired typing speed above 30 words per minute
