Customer Support Agent (International Support) will address any and all customer service issues promptly. They will act as a liaison, provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency.

Create a positive customer support experience and build strong relationships through deep problem understanding, ensuring timely resolution or escalation, communicating promptly on progress, and handling customers with a professional attitude 
  • They love to talk. Customer service representatives can put themselves in their customers shoes and advocate for them when necessary.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Resolve support tickets related to customer sales queries, order status, and other complaints
  • Provide information to the customers about products and services, take/ cancel orders
  • Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken in highly automated software tools
  • Follow up with the other departments of the company to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers' requests
  • Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated departments for further investigation and escalation
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
  • Take the extra mile to engage customers
