Figure out new sale opportunities in Australia, USA, UK regions through inbound, lead follow up and outbound calling and emails
Interacting with clients and writers through both voice (Phone Calls) and non-voice support (Email, Live Chat on Website, Facebook Messages, WhatsApp chats).
Calling on unpaid leads given by customer service team
Login into CRM, find all leads and call them to get them converted into sale
Successfully taking the ownership of the task from the allocation till the final delivery.
Meet the expectation of sale targets and bring new platform of generating sales
Collaborate with business development team and follow up with leads rigorously
Pick up unpaid leads instantly from CS team and call the lead to convert it into sale
Find out issues & obstacles and resolve them to make customers convert more in numbers
