Job Description

GRADUATE/UNDERGRADUATE with Excellent Communications skills required in ENGLISH 
WORK FROM OFFICE /WALK IN INTERVIEW. 
CANDIDATES MUST HAVE EXCELLENT ENGLISH COMMUNICATION . 

Job Responsibilities:- 
1. Resolve customer complaints via Call.
2. Responding promptly to customer inquiries. 
3. Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional support. 
4. Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
5. Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication

Job Requirements: 
Flexibility to work in 24/7 environment 
Must have minimum 1Year experience in Customer Service
Excellent Communications skills required in ENGLISH


Salary : Up to 45K CTC 5/6 Days Working 
Male/Female candidates can apply. Day Shifts For Females .
