Scope and Purpose
  • The job of a Customer Support Associate will be responsible for taking incoming calls from our customer base and addressing customer issues and concerns within the defined scope of support. 
  • The successful candidate will be required to develop a comprehensive understanding of our customer service policies and know when issues need to be escalated to the management staff for resolution.
Key  Responsibilities
  • Resolve issues by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment.
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • To consult the supervisor in regards to any escalations.
  • Attend all briefing and de-briefing sessions.
  • Continuous upgrade on Clients processes and policies
Skills and Knowledge Required
  • 12th Pass / Under Graduate with good command over verbal English and Hindi
  • Excellent Communication Skills with 0 – 1 year of experience in an in-bound call centre
