Job Description:
- ON Role: Customer Support Executive
- Nature of Job: Resolving the queries of the customers via call
- Qualification: Any Graduate/Undergraduate Can Apply
- Should have Good communication in English
- Should have basic knowledge about Customer Support roles and responsibilities
- Should know to handle the customers and resolve their issues
- Work Location: Noida
- Experience: 0 to 3 years
- Salary 1.9 to 2.2 LPA
Responsibilities:
- Manage large amounts of incoming calls
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Analyzing customer needs and recommending products based on those needs.
- Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution keep records of customer
- interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Take the extra mile to engage customers
Required skills:
