What you’ll do
Role & responsibilities
Language must know - English, Hindi
Explain the product and service to the customer
Handle customer queries and explain about the product and offer information
Manage and resolve customer complaints
Enter new customer information into the system and update existing customer information
Identify and escalate priority issues
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and document all call information according to standard operating procedures
Outbound Sales, Telesales, Inbound Calls, Cold Calling, Calling, Inside Sales, Domestic Calling, Telemarketing, Outbound Calling
- Manage large amounts of incoming calls
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Analyzing customer needs and recommending products based on those needs.
- Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution keep records of customer
- interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Take the extra mile to engage customers
Required skills:
- Good typing Speed.
- Good Communication Skill.
