Job Description

Selected candidate's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist international patients in meeting doctors at OPD, undergoing diagnostics at hospitals, and getting a sim card and a suitable service apartment
2. Assist international patients in getting admitted to hospitals and getting discharged
3. Coordinate the international patient's activities in India from arrival in India to the day of the flight back

4. Identify and assess patient's needs to achieve satisfaction

5. Build sustainable relationships and trust with patient's accounts through open and interactive communication

6. Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools

7. Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
