b)    Warehouse Stock Monitoring Region wise

·        Region wise warehouse stock data update daily basis.

·        Asset set’s monitoring &daily data update/report.

·        Mismatch &loop-fault identification and control.

·        Team support & co-ordination between all warehouse& report sharing.

c)     Requirement Planning & Execution

·        Requirement Planning(N-1day) & execution daily basis.

·        Requirement Vs supply Report.

·        Shortage and Requirement data analysis &troubleshooting.

d)    Documentation

·        Transport cost tracking.

·        Transport agreements sign off.

·        Billing/challan verification.

·        Payment & service report &cross-check with outward/inward.

·        Report preparation for daily morning meeting.
