Job Description
  • Answer calls professionally to provide information about products and services.
  • Take/ cancel orders,
  • Obtain details of complaints.
  • Communicating with customers through various channels. (Emails, calls and chat )
  • Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions, are taken.
  • Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customer's requests.
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
  • Maintaining the necessary TAT & Quality Standards while resolving the query.
  • Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated departments for further investigation.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.Desired profile
  • Must have a minimum 6-12 month of experience.
  • Possess good and clear communication skills, both oral and written
  • Possess good analytical skills
  • Good Typing Speed
  • Basic Computer Knowledge
  • Time management skills
  • Problem Solving,
  • Listening Skills
  • Multi-tasking
  • Customer Support Knowledge
  • Basic knowledge about e-commerce
