Job Description

Answer calls professionally to provide information about products and services.

Take/ cancel orders,

Obtain details of complaints.

Communicating with customers through various channels. (Emails, calls and chat )

Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions, are taken.

Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customer's requests.

Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools

Responding promptly to customer inquiries.

Maintaining the necessary TAT & Quality Standards while resolving the query.

Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated departments for further investigation.

Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.Desired profile

Must have a minimum 6-12 month of experience.

Possess good and clear communication skills, both oral and written

Possess good analytical skills

Good Typing Speed

Basic Computer Knowledge

Time management skills

Problem Solving,

Listening Skills

Multi-tasking

Customer Support Knowledge

Basic knowledge about e-commerce
