Job Description

Job Title: Customer Support Executive

Job Description: We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to join our team and provide excellent customer service to our clients. The ideal candidate will have good communication skills in English and basic computer knowledge. As a Customer Support Executive, you will be responsible for answering customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing support via phone, email, and chat. 

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Assist customers with basic technical issues related to our products.
  • Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate channels.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge, including proficiency with Microsoft Office and web browsing.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multi-task.
  • Prior customer service experience is a plus.
