If you are a recent graduate student with some volunteer experience or if you are working on retail or

hospitality and wants to take another step on your career, this position is for you!!! They are looking for

an enthusiastic Customer Service Officer. As the face of the company you will manage and deliver the

day to day client experience in person, over the phone and via email communication.

Key Responsibilities are:

• Develop and maintain a thorough level of product knowledge

• Strengthen customer relationships through the delivery of consistently excellent service

• Identify customer needs and help provide the correct solutions

• Ensure following up order guidelines, order checkpoints, processing of customer orders and credit

claims

To be successful in this role you will have:

• A willingness and ability to quickly develop a strong understanding of a niche product

• The confidence to jump in and approach a variety of new tasks with enthusiasm

• A demonstrated ability to multitask and manage time effectively

• The drive to consistently deliver an outstanding level of customer service and support

• The initiative to take full ownership of your role without constant direction
