We are hiring for voice process as customer support executives who are fluent in Telugu, English and should have good system knowledge on MS-word and MS-excel.
Profile: customer Support/Technical
Requirement: Good communication skills (Telugu and English)
Age Criteria: 18 – 30 years
Experience: 0-2 years

Responsibilities and Duties
The primary responsibilities of a customer service executive would be:
· To call customers for verification purpose.
· Manage incoming and outgoing calls.
· Answer calls professionally to provide information about products and services, obtain details of complaints.
· Identify and assess customer’s needs to achieve satisfaction.
· Follow-up customer calls where necessary.
· Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way.
Key skills required
· Fresher or proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
· Excellent communication skills and ability to listen & learn quickly.
· Active problem solving skills.
· Good interpersonal skills.
· Ability to handle pressure.
· Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively.
· Must have knowledge on MS-word and MS-excel.
