The position involves handling of inbound and outbound calls and WhatsApp chats.
Responsibilities and Duties
Manage calls and chats ;
Manage and resolve customer complaints;
Provide customers with service information;
Enter new customer information into the system;
Update existing customer information;
Identify and escalate priority issues;
Follow up customer calls where necessary; and
Document all call information according to our standards.
Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications
Education: does not matter;
Proficiency in computer basics such as Excel
Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
Knowledge of call center telephony and technology
