Will be required to take over existing customer relationships and manage the complete customer service role in the Europe shift. Has to be proficient in verbal and written English communications. Should have experience of dealing with clients on the phone and by email.
Will be required to take incoming calls and resolve queries of existing clients and other callers. Will have the responsibility of maintaining daily logs of calls received, made, queries resolved. Will be expected to learn nuances of the supplier and distributor art business and work with clients in demos, trial setups, regular follow-ups and escalation. The role is a pure customer service management role.
