• Need to support Premium Customers.

• Respond to Customer inquiries and problem escalations.

• Provide E-mail and Phone support to trouble shoot and resolve issues experience.

• Provide excellent customer service to our customers.

Designation: Customer Support executive.

Process: Banking Process, Sales Process, AR Process, / Medical Billing Process, help desk, insurance.

Designation: Technical Support Executive.

Process: Technical Support, IT Help Desk, Trouble Shooting, Hardware and Networking Process

Key Skills:

• Good Communication skills in English

• Experience in Customer/Technical Service(Any domain)

• Demonstrated proficiency in English & Hindi

• Must be able to work on flexible schedule

• Fresher also can apply

• Must be willing to work for Day rotational shifts / UK, US & Australian Shift.

• Salary Start from 14900 up-to 35000 Take home.
