1.) Handling customer queries through 'live chat' on the website, email enquiries, Whatsapp messages, inbound and outbound calls.
2.) Assisting customers with online shopping & order/payment completion process
3.) Confirmation of COD orders on the phone (outbound)
4.) Uploading product visuals and written content on the website
