Customer Support Intern jobs in Bangalore at Codingal

We are looking for a Customer Support Intern who is passionate about this role.

Roles and responsibilities -

1. Handle backend operations and support while interacting with students and teachers

2. Provide technical support to Parents and Teachers

3. Help in setting up processes and improving the efficiency of the process

4. Provide chat. Email and call support to students and teachers.

5. Handle customer complaint tickets

6. Schedule, reschedule and manage students classes.

7. Be a relationship manager to a student and ensure customer retention and satisfaction.

Required skills:

Computer/IT background (Not mandatory)
Fluent in English communication skills
Available to work from Office (Bangalore HSR Layout)
Ready to work in extended working hours

Stipend: 15000 per month for first 3 to 6 months

Salary: 3 LPA after internship period gets over

Location: Bangalore
