Position: Customer Support Intern
- Location: Dwarka, Delhi (6 Days a week)
- Duration: 6 months (with potential for extension)
- Compensation: Paid internship with performance-based incentives

Responsibilities:
As a Customer Support Intern at Batuwaa, you will:
- Provide exceptional customer support by resolving inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and professionally.
- Respond to customer queries via email, chat, and social media platforms.
- Collaborate with our sales team to assist in converting inquiries into successful sales.
- Work closely with team members to optimize customer support processes.
- Strive for customer satisfaction by ensuring all issues are resolved to the customer's delight.

Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
