Job Description
Designation: Customer Service Professionals (Semi voice & Voice Process- Inbound / Outbound)
Qualification: Fresher's with Any UG & PG degree ( 2017 and 2018,2019 )
Please note: Backlogs will be considered.
Experience: 0-3 Years (Other BPO domain experience with Excellent communication skill is more preferred)
Shift: Night Shifts 7 PM till 5 AM
Job Qualifications:
Effective English oral communication skills
Excellent, analytical, listening and organizational skills
Excellent customer service skills and great enthusiasm for helping customers
Must be able to prioritize and complete all job duty requirements
Must be able to adhere to schedule changes based on department and/or business
Must be an energetic self-starter with the ability to work both independently and within a team
Excellent time management skills, attention to detail and the ability to multi-task
Competent in MS office and web browser environments
Ability to continually display a positive attitude.
Stay current with system information, changes and updates
