Job Description: 


1.Providing Voice support to Internal and External End Users. The job will require you to handle inbound calls / emails / chats regarding technical issues for end users. 

2.Remote Infrastructure support 

3.Perform problem cause analysis 

4.Resolve customer queries and achieve customer delight. 

5.Ability to Identify Opportunity and Implement Process Improvements 

6.Has technical experience and skills in the areas of problem determination, creativity and analysis. 


Desired Skills: 

o Ability to identify basic hardware parts and aware of basic hardware concepts 

o Sound Knowledge on Operating Systems and MS Office 


Basic Knowledge: 


Linux, Windows, Database and Storage 

o Good Communication Skills.

o Any Graduate or Under Graduate With Experience
