Designation: Customer Support
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Responding to customer queries via email, live chat, video, and phone
2. Escalating serious complaints or issues you are not equipped to deal with
3. Liaising with colleagues or managers to find the best solutions to customers' issues
4. Identifying common problems and escalating them to management, along with possible suggestions for improvement, wherever possible
5. Maintaining a polite, helpful, and professional manner at all times
6. Obtaining and sharing customer feedback with colleagues and other departments to improve products and services
7. Sharing feature requests and effective workarounds with team members
Skills Required:
1. Knowledge of supporting customer queries across the globe
2. Comfortable working with U.S. shift
3. Top-notch oral, written, and interpersonal abilities
4. Well-developed arbitration skills with the ability to remain impartial
5. The work schedule will be 5 days a week (Friday-Tuesday)
6. The candidate will have to work from the office
7. The candidate should be in the final year of graduation
