Looking for an Immediate Joiner

Freshers can also apply with Hindi and English language

Experience 1- 2 Years in CRM added advantage

· Identifying clients, presenting the concept, explaining its values and benefits and executing orders, adhering to target limits.

· One should be able to convince an existing client.

· Generating leads through telecalls, and emails.

· Generating new business leads, and support sales.

· Maintaining lead database of the clients and prospects.

· Maintaining periodic status reports, activity reports, and calls/ follow-ups reports on daily Basis.

· Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service.

· Should be able to work with a Team.

· Coordinating with operation team to ensure the timely response to inquiries.

· The candidate should be able to understand the client's complaints and work on resolving them Quickly.

Desired Candidate Profile

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Proficient with Ms Office

· Good Voice Over

· The Candidate must have experience in Tele calling.

· Must have good Communication and Presentation

· Good selling and negotiations skills
