What will you be doing:
- Provide support and resolve technical issues via phone, email and other electronic communications
- Build credibility and trust with the customers/players by empathizing with their problem in words, proactively understanding their needs and responding promptly thereby obtaining high quality/ Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) scores for the work you performed
Qualifications and Skills:
- Prior customer service experience highly desirable
- Prefers working in virtual self-management/self- motivated environment
- Excellent verbal and/or written communication skills
- Professional and articulate voice
- Home office that is noise & distraction free
- Ability to provide superior customer service while navigating multiple systems including the use of chat to ask and receive internal support
- Excels working in a fast-paced environment with evolving business needs

Telligent will be paying monthly internet charges up to Rs. 1,000 per your billing statement.
Internet should not be used for non-work-related purpose during working hours; including media streaming, ripping, gaming, or other web usage by other members of household that may negatively impact your network performance.
