Selected intern's day to day responsibilities include:

1. Respond to email/chats from customers with varied cultural backgrounds and initiate the right response to them, positively and professionally
2. Collaborate with suppliers, logistics, and management team to ensure a seamless experience for customers
3. Utilize internal tools and resources to provide appropriate solutions to customers
4. Maintain and enhance the knowledge base
5. Provide solutions that meet customer requirements or suggest alternatives within agreed SLA through communication channels as preferred by customers (Email\Chat)
6. Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated departments for further investigation
7. Collect feedback from customers to improve the quality of service
