Job Description
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Overseeing the customer service process
2. Resolving customer complaints brought to your attention
3. Planning the training and standardization of service delivery
4. Conducting quality assurance surveys with clients and collecting feedback from clients
5. Possessing excellent product knowledge to enhance customer support
6. Maintaining a pleasant working environment in your team
7. Establishing a positive rapport with all clients and customers in person or via phone
